Thank you so much for choosing to join my class in Monkstown!
Some important information to be aware of:
The Old SchoolHouse is located at the back of the Church of Ireland. Enter through the small black gate on Monkstown Crescent Road, right opposite ‘SeaGreen’. You will walk through a small garden and arrive at the entrance to the SchoolHouse. Once inside, you’ll find our yoga space straight past reception.
Give yourself extra time to find parking, as this venue is located on the main street of the village and it tends to be busy.
Make sure to bring your own yoga mat and optional props.
Monday Rise & Shine Vinyasa flow begins at 7:30am
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before our class begins or you will not be allowed in.
Please leave your shoes and belongings in the small entryway before you enter our yoga space.
