Wednesdays just got better! Blending the pulse of electronic music with a powerful vinyasa flow, Techno Yoga is an energising experience designed to uplift, empower, and inspire.

Together, we’ll build heat and awaken energy through a strong, dynamic sequence of postures, moving in rhythm with the music to challenge both body and mind. The practice winds down with cooling breathwork and deep relaxation, leaving you grounded, clear, and glowing from the inside out.

  • These events will be taking place in the stunning Windmill Lane Townhall in Dublin City Centre, near Grand Canal Docks.

  • Paid street parking is available nearby, with additional spots in the surrounding area. (free from 7pm)

  • Everyone is welcome, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. The class is physically activating and designed to build heat and energy, using the beat of the music to explore your edge. That said, it’s still yoga, you’re always encouraged to move at your own pace.

    This experience is about trying something fun, challenging, and unique, in a supportive environment.

  • When you purchase a package, you receive credits for each event included. You then redeem these credits by booking the events you want to attend. This ensures your spot. You must redeem your credits as soon as you receive your confirmation email.

  • We recommend bringing:

    • Comfortable clothing for yoga and breathwork

    • A yoga mat and any props you usually use

    • Water bottle

    • Optional journal for reflections

Naoise Ní Bhroin

Naoise is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with a background in Sports Science and a grá for intuitive movement, creativity, and Gaeilge. Her teaching invites students to move le croí - from the heart, cultivating connection, curiosity, and saoirse (freedom). She believes yoga is not about perfection, but about exploring our edge with awareness and becoming our most authentic selves.

What began as a personal practice in 2020 has grown into Techno Yoga, a collective experience shared with hundreds of people across Ireland. Naoise has brought Techno Yoga to Wellfest and Electric Picnic, Ireland’s biggest music and wellness festivals for the past three years.
