Begin your Wednesday fresh, with yoga, salty sea air and the warmth of community.
Stretch, breathe and awaken the body, followed by a refreshing sea-dip, or sauna + a dip, in the beautiful Clontarf Baths. Guided by Naoise, the yoga flow is designed to ease tension, leaving you feeling open, clear-minded and ready to begin the day grounded and energised. Irish will be woven throughout the class with opportunities to chat, learn or use your cúpla focal.

Yoga & Sauna/Dip
This package includes a 30 minute yoga class to ease tension and awaken the body, followed by a 30 minute sauna and sea dip to restore and rejuvenate.

Yoga & Swim
This package includes a 30 minute yoga class to ease tension and awaken the body, followed by a 30 minute slot to use the baths for a rejuvenating sea swim or dip.

After the class everyone is welcome to head over to Bold and Brass across the road for coffee and more chats!

Free street parking is available outside and in the area. We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes early in order to park and settle in.

Everyone is welcome, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. The class is intended to ease tension and awaken the body, leaving you feeling open and grounded. Modifications will always be offered to beginners.
This experience is about getting up and out with like-minded people.

We recommend bringing:
Comfortable and warm clothing prepared for all weather
A yoga mat and any props you usually use
An optional blanket for savansa
Swimming togs/ wetsuit and towel
Water bottle
Optional journal for reflections

The class will not be cancelled unless there are official weather warnings. As the saying goes, “There’s no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes.”

Definitely not! Irish will be interwoven throughout the class in an accessible way. Naoise will guide the yoga with demonstrations too, and it’s a beautiful way to pick up some words or reignite your grá - love for the language!
