Combining the beat of electronic-music with a fiery vinyasa flow, Techno Yoga is the perfect way to feel uplifted and inspired.

We will build heat and stimulate energy in this collective experience. Follow a series of yoga postures that will make you feel strong and challenged, powered by the beat of the music. Finish with cooling breathwork and deep relaxation, that will leave you glowing from the inside out.
