Some important information to be aware of:

If you are driving, make sure to give yourself enough time to find parking! There is some street parking available around the area.
You will enter through the main door under the sign. The studio is located on the 2nd floor. Once inside, please leave all your belongings neatly on the shelves inside the door. Toilets are located down the back of the studio room.
Event Time: 18:30-20:00
Make sure to arrive at Dublin Studios 10 minutes before the event begins! Doors will be closed at 18:20 and you will be unable to get in for security reasons.
What to Expect?
Make sure to wear light, comfy clothes that you can move in. Expect loud beats, potential light effects and an energising Yoga flow where we will be building heat. Refreshing kombucha post-flow.
What to Bring?
Bring your own water + yoga mat!
