Some important information to be aware of:
Location: Windmill Lane Townhall / WML1

If you are driving, make sure to give yourself enough time to find parking! There is some pay-parking available around the area.
You will enter through revolving doors. Once inside, please leave all your belongings neatly on the clothes rail or the couches at the side of the room.
Event Time: 18:00-20:00
Make sure to arrive at Windmill Lane Townhall 10 minutes before the event begins! Doors will be closed at 17:50 and you will be unable to get in for security reasons.
What to Expect?
Make sure to wear light, comfy clothes that you can move in. Expect loud beats, potential light effects and an energising Yoga flow where we will be building heat. Refreshing kombucha post-flow.
What to Bring?
Bring your own water + yoga mat!
