SPRING RETREAT

Movement - Mountains - Nourishment - Renewal

Join us for a wholesome two-night retreat set in the serene beauty of The Almanage, a luxury destination nestled at the foot of the Knockmealdown Mountains, from 10-12th April.

This retreat is about reconnecting with yourself, finding inspiration in simplicity, and leaving feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed, ready to step forward into the brighter half of spring with balance, calm, and fresh energy.

Over the weekend, you will enjoy uplifting yoga sessions, a guided nature walk immersed in fresh mountain air, and rejuvenating sauna and cold plunge experiences. You’ll be nourished with five macrobiotic meals, lovingly prepared by our private chef to support digestion, reduce inflammation, and promote overall vitality.

We will also gather for a nutrition workshop led by my amazing mam, a nutritional therapist of 6 years, who has supported me personally through years of chronic inflammation and imbalance. I am so excited for our first collaboration together.

Evenings will be slow and grounding, with restorative and yin yoga to deeply calm the nervous system and support restful sleep. A silent brunch creates space for mindful eating, reflection, and journaling. More importantly, this is a weekend of laughter, love and lightness, where every moment feels like a warm hug for your soul.
